Wine Warehouse makes no legal representation to the rights of a customer or anyone else to ship alcohol into any state outside of Virginia. Wine Warehouse will, as an agent of the customer, contact a VA approved shipping company to provide delivery. It is understood that the buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of any alcoholic products. All alcoholic beverages are sold and delivered only to persons at least 21 years of age.
