Our final tasting to celebrate Cider Week VA is local favorite Potters Craft. Over the last few years the potters crew have built a reputation for creativity in their recipes, drawing a lot of inspiration from the craft beer world, yet still maintaining a strong connection to traditional cidermaking values. The ciders being tasted today showcase all those qualities. We will be opening the Ryesap (Basque influenced, aged in whiskey barrels), Double Simcoe (made with Simcoe hops), Cider Nouveau (aged with Merlot and Petit Verdot skins from King Family Vineyards), and Pelure de Pomme (fermented on the skins along with extended maceration post fermentation). Come on by and enjoy the great diversity cider can provide!

In research, one of the best ways to preserve the taste of the wine is by the packaging of it. I am so glad that some of my friends teach me how to drink and give me information regarding some of the drinks. I am looking forward to this cider making value of yours. I am so curious too about whiskey aging and it sounds really tasty. This kind of skill is best in the markets nowadays, you can sell them at higher prices too.
